The hotel staff is friendly, the room is clean and tidy, unfortunately the room is not fragrant, the hotel is spacious with a garden, the only facility is a swimming pool. Got a pretty good breakfast.

A spacious and comfortable hotel with friendly receptionists, cheap for that price, only the swimming pool is not very neat, and the lighting at night is bright, not bad for resting in the middle of the peak traffic jam.

It's quite expensive in my opinion with the price of 430k the facilities are very lacking, got a room far away and lots of stairs, even though I said I was bringing children and elderly people, I was still given one that was far away, there was no telephone in the room so if you wanted anything you had to go to the receptionist which was far from the room, the swimming pool was clean but the water really hurt my eyes, the room was cramped, the bathroom was dirty, there was no hot water, breakfast was fried noodles, yellow porridge soup and vegetables were very salty, there were only 4 broadcasts so you couldn't choose to watch much.

The hotel staff is friendly & very helpful, the room is big & nice, the single bed can accommodate 2 people, but unfortunately the cleanliness of the room & hotel is still lacking (the room is dusty, the sheets are stained, the bathroom has black stains), your suggestion. The hotel can improve the cleanliness of the room.

The AC only blows two winds, I asked to move but the room was full, even though there were still many people who had not checked in. For breakfast, the menu is not connected. The taste is just ordinary. Please pay attention again to the cleanliness of the garden, where there is a lot of moss, I'm afraid many children will slip because it is slippery.

Overall oke tapi untuk lingkungannya sih buat aku kurang bersih aja, karena mungkin tempatnya buat penginapan kantor juga kali ya. Makanannya juga lumayan sih tapi yang ga enak banget juga, overall kalo buat aku ini rekomen untuk yang mau stay hotel di puncak tp ga horor.

Tadinya saya malas untuk kasih review jelek walau secara standard kamar dan kamar mandi kotor, air keluar dari exhaust kamar mandi, dan lain-lain. Tapi ada kesalahan fatal yang membuat saya harus tulis review. Saya belum check out dan masih di kamar, petugas kebersihan sudah membuka kamar saya tanpa diketok tanpa ada kode apapun, buka secara tiba-tiba. Kejadian sekitar jam 10 pagi, belum saatnya check out. Ini sangat fatal menurut saya karena kamar yang sudah disewa adalah privacy tamu.

Staf nya ramah, kamar bersih, kolam berenang bersih, sarapannya enak dan bervariatif, sinyal TV kemarin nonton bola bagus namun ada beberapa siaran yang ga bisa, yang mengecewakan saat berenang pagi-pagi jam set 9 ada yang bakar sampah dedaunan, dan itu banyak banget, asap nya buat batuk-batuk karena pagi hari harusnya menghirup udara segar karena staycation tapi malah begini. Next time tolong bakar sampahnya sore aja ya 🙏🏻.

Quite clean, the facilities are quite complete, the only thing lacking is the tv where all the channels show ant nests & the ac remote doesn't work. Overall ok with that price. Thx.

Please, trash cans are provided in every corner outside the room, stay there the rarest trash cans (outside hotel rooms) 😂, for rooms Ok, AC works, food is good, staff is friendly (security is hilarious), next hopefully if you stay there again the trash can is easy to find. 😂.
