The hotel's location is very strategic, opposite PVJ.

The older sisters at the reception, Restaurant are all friendly. Make their guests comfortable. Always smile. Only my son was looking for the fettuccine menu but there wasn't any. Overall, NICE.

The location is right across PVJ, close to everywhere. The room is clean & comfortable.

When we got breakfast the 3rd day we stayed, the restaurant was full so it would be better to open another spot for breakfast when the traffic is higher.

very strategic location, across from pvj mall. next to it there is also indomaret with point. inside the hotel there is even mixue. parking is not too big, but assisted by hotel staff valet. unfortunately, my non-smoking room still smelled of cigarettes, especially in the bathroom. I don't really understand whether the room settings are the problem or there are other guests on my floor who are stubborn to smoke. then, the room walls seem thin or what, because the sound of the neighbors' rooms is very clear. please fix it so that the sound in the room can be more muffled so that guests are not disturbed and privacy is better maintained. breakfast is incredibly delicious and very diverse, but it would be better to speed up the refill of food that has run out.

The food is not okay, the restaurant is in disarray, the food runs out and is not refilled even though there are still many fast food outlets, the receptionist is also not friendly and not very informative. Only the security guard and the older men in the pool area are friendly. The rest are not very good. Ask for the best view and get a view of the high voltage power lines, oh no, thank you. But the room is quite clean and the AC is cold

The location is good, close to PVJ, just cross the street, no need to bother looking for food and entertainment for the kids... the swimming pool is upstairs, not bad but it's closed if there's an event... the food is delicious, maybe you can add more food variations...

I stayed under the name Rizky. The receptionist was not informative, the sahur menu was mediocre, for a 4-star hotel. Just stay here once.

The refrigerator was not cold at all, but the receptionist said it was “cool” and the room temperature was cooler than the refrigerator. Asked for an extra bed, called twice but it was not sent, when I went to the receptionist, it was already gone. They said they had confirmed it to the room, but there was no confirmation at all. What was worse was that the receptionist didn’t say sorry. Everything was so bad. Only the location won.

the hotel location is across PVJ, easy access to the city. the staff is friendly and quick to respond. next vacation must ask for a room with the best view..
