I usually stay at this hotel, but the bathroom is not very clean. The sheets and pillowcases are also full of stains.

The room was spacious, the bed was clean and soft, the AC was very cold, and the Wi-Fi was fast, but unfortunately, the bathroom looked dirty. The sink faucet was rusty, wobbly, and had to be held with two hands to turn it. The toilet bowl looked black, either from lack of cleaning or from age. The pipes and hoses in the bathroom looked dirty and rusty, making the bathroom quite unsanitary. There was no bathroom mat provided. I asked the staff for one, but they gave me one that was still wet and dirty. I stayed with my daughter while she was preparing for her college boarding house. Her only comment was, "The bathroom is dirty and ugly," and she refused to shower. There was a wooden wardrobe, but the inside was dirty and looked old-fashioned. Since I was tired from the long trip, I slept in for the morning's activities and rushed to check out, I apologize for not having time to take any supporting photos.

The staff is friendly and helps carry luggage up to the 3rd floor... Okay... The hotel is good..

The photos on Traveloka are very different from the actual location, which is shabby and neglected. For a little extra money, you can get a decent hotel near Prawirotaman. This hotel has a dirty bathroom, dusty and dirty mattresses, and is very poorly maintained. This is the last and only time I'll stay here. The service is good, friendly, and check-in is flexible.

The hotel's location is very strategic on the main road & close to Malioboro. Finding food is also easy because there are lots of restaurants around. I took a suite room. The room is ok, big bed, refrigerator, AC & WiFi. The downside is the sheets are still dirty, the pillows still smell of someone's head, the floor is also not clean, especially the bathroom is very dirty. The bathtub is crusty, the water drain is already black and dirty, the toilet is dirty & the washbasin is almost broken, no slippers are provided. Also, the shower is too close to the water hitter plug so it's a bit scary when taking a shower.

A strategically located hotel, close to Jl. Prawirotaman. There are many food vendors on the street in front of the hotel. There's a swimming pool with clear, refreshing water. The staff is friendly.

Not to bring down this business But at least think about how you feel when you have paid some money to rest peacefully and comfortably so that tomorrow you wake up in a good mood I ordered 2 rooms but was fooled by the picture I know it's cheap but this is cheap Not to show off or if you don't have money don't pretend to sleep in a hotel But this place is strategic with my travel destination But I got 2 dirty and smelly rooms Pillowcases smell of drool Cobwebs Even sealed Cleo water I use to wash my face Oh God, you are so cruel You added a bad experience to my 7-hour tiring trip Please

old but gold, the hotel is big, the swimming pool is spacious and clean, the staff and owner are friendly

The hotel staff is very friendly, close to the food center, Pasar, etc.

It's tiring going up and down, there's no lift 🙏 The adult pool is really scary to bring children to bathe in.

Maybe just not for us. We found bugs and lots of dust in the room. The AC was not cold. The floor was dusty. We did not end up staying there. Again, maybe just not for us:)

It seems like this is an old hotel that has not been maintained for a long time or rarely has anyone staying there. The bathroom is full of scale maybe because the water is too hard, there is also a bathtub but it also cannot be used because it is full of scale. The room facilities are dusty. The room is very spacious with a mini fridge. The hotel air is honestly a bit creepy.

Strategic and in the city center, only dusty and towels are very old should be replaced. The pillow sheets are also moldy and have spots

what else can I expect, from a hotel priced at 100k, as long as the room is clean and the AC is cold, it's good. but I can't give it 5 stars because I had to complain several times to get a cold room. ps: the wifi is really fast, so if you want to come here, gacha, go ahead. It's better to ask to check the cold AC room first. bonus: the swimming pool is clean, nice, and so far the problem with the room feels like home because there are dirty spots. Hopefully it will be renovated soon, it's a shame the location is good but the problem is in the facilities.

Comfortable and spacious, but not very fragrant, the direction to the room is very dark like going to a warehouse. Creepy

It's really worth it because you only pay that much for a spacious room, but some parts of the room smell a bit musty and smelly.
