The hotel is nice and comfortable, I just stopped by before crossing to Bakaheuni, and the hotel suits me.

first order king bed but given double bad upgrade to the room above it added cost but the new room is also bad the bathroom smells bad towels are bad the AC waits 1 hour to get cold the TV has no signal. the floor of the room is dirty smelly the balcony is dirty in essence very disappointing then breakfast is still at 07.30 but many of the menus are empty take a long time to refill even though there are many employees there.. just one staycation here..

So far it's very comfortable, but maybe you could double check that when I stayed in room 214 there was an AC leak, maybe it's not a problem at all, but I'm afraid something might happen so I can be safe and aware, the service is friendly and good, the place is comfortable and also clean

The room was quite big and clean, hot water and AC work well, the receptionist very helpful. It was a great time stay here.

The room is comfortable, clean, close to the city center, but the staff is absurd, the service is not very friendly.

The hotel staff was very helpful, but the parking lot was a bit cramped, so the car keys had to be left with the security guard so they could move the car if someone was blocking it. The carpet in the hallway leading to the rooms was dirty and dusty, creating an unpleasant odor.

My friend left his phone in the hotel lobby and the receptionist kept it. Thank you so much, and had a good experience staying at Asoka.
