Disappointed because there was an additional tax fee at check in.

Stayed 5 days, the room was clean and spacious, I liked the powerful shower.

Very Nice for family Group, Nice ambients, Nice Staff, recommended specially for families.

Not bad for a break during a short trip.

The twin bed is 100x200 2 beds. Dr Lalaport. You can walk to the alley not far.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is also strategic.

Khách sạn cực kỳ sạch sẽ, nhân viên nhiệt tình. Ở khu vực gần monorail nên cực kỳ tiện đi lại. Có thể đi bộ qua khu vực chợ đêm chỉ với 5phút đi bộ

The location is great. Near to Imbi station but the things only hot water is not available during our stay.

Found out no window after I take shower at night. They ask me to talk to manager but manager never come. And I don't like the breakfast rice at hotel.

Resepsionis tidak professional. Check in diminta tunggu lama dan ternyata salah kamar yang diberikan punya orang lain, diminta tunggu 30 menit lagi. Tax diminta 40 ringgit untuk 4 malam padahal tinggal cuma 3 malam.

Kamar family quad tidak terlalu besar hanya cukup saja, kamar mandi cenderung sempit. Kelebihannya lokasinya strategis.

When I checked in reception said my name was not listed, when I saw him my voucher from app and the paid status, after almost one hour finally I got the room but did not match with my request, I paid twin bed and I got double bed without window, he said that one is the only one left so I have no choice, that time I did call to Mr. John to complain about this case.

Just arrived at the hotel reception, busy chatting with other staff even though I was in front of them, the attitude was a bit bad. There was staff who took my suitcase to my room. Breakfast was delicious and varied during a 3 night stay. No deposit, fast 5 minute walk to Imbi station. Jaya Grocer and Lalaport Mall are right across from them, places to buy cheap chocolate and just walk. To Bukit Bintang you can walk 700m or take the rapid for 1.50 cents. There is an iron in the hallway, the rooms are cleaned every day. Soap, towels and mineral water are provided every day. For those who like to buy snacks, I think it's right to stay here. If you go to KL, definitely come here again❣️.

Near to shopping center and city center.

The hotel is very clean, overall everything is perfect and fulfil my expectations. Will stay here next time I visit Kuala Lumpur.
