Excellent, wonderful, fabulous, wow.

The hotel staff is friendly, the atmosphere is calm, overall I am satisfied. I am just not satisfied with the poorly maintained bathroom.

First time trying simple room, the room was so-so. I've tried another room before, and it was better.

The hotel room is spacious and the toilet is also spacious, the hot water works well and the water is strong. The location of the hotel is close to everywhere, if you like walking in the morning, it is highly recommended. Will come back for more!

The room we got worn out, the interior and the bathroom, also very humid. But the staff service so kind and helpful. In general Clean but need major restoration.

All ok, location, staff and cleanliness

The hotel is nice, cool, beautiful. The rooms are also big and very nice. But unfortunately the cleanliness in the room is not well maintained, I found hair piled up on the sofa and the sofa was very dusty, the badcover looks like it hasn't been washed, some smell and some smell. The front office staff are not very friendly and smile. Security also doesn't greet at all. The restaurant staff are friendly, always asking and greeting. However, the plates that have been used are not immediately taken away, instead they are left to pile up on the table.

It's quite comfortable, only I thought I would get a room with a view outside or a window. But everything is safe.

The room has lots of stains. There are stains on the sofa and chairs.

I stayed here during the holiday season (December 2024), thankfully I still got a hotel around Dago (although not on the main road) Positive: 1. Friendly and responsive staff 2. Cold AC 3. Clean bed 4. TV on 5. Mineral water 6. Amenities available (soap, shampoo, toothpaste) 7. Bathroom water on + towels Negative 1. Bathroom floor is crusty 2. No trash can in the bathroom 3. No bathroom footcloths / foot mats 4. Stained window covers 5. Only one lift / elevator works 6. Flickering lights 7. Small room size Hopefully it helps friends who want to spend the night at this hotel. Hopefully there will be improvements to make it better. Thank you

The hotel is good, the service is good, the breakfast menu is quite complete for a 3 star hotel.

One of the choices of places to stay every time you go on holiday to Bandung

The hotel is comfortable. The room with a chair near the window is quite large if you want three people, you can do it without an additional mattress. The breakfast is so-so, it's better to look for breakfast around the hotel, there are also good kopitiams for breakfast.

I really staying in Namin hotel because super clean and I want to staying again on here.

The bedsheets were not clean, many stains left out as it not being changed. I requested to change, the staff was helpful, but still the new one were (look) dirty and had many stains too. There was a sofa on the side of the windows, which very comfortable, but very dirty (there was cigarettes marked on it) and big stains. Also, the chair was full of hairs as if not cleaned before.
