Fun… I took the Bandung train in the morning and arrived in Surabaya in the afternoon, checked in at the hotel at 9 pm and was surprised with a welcome snack from the hotel. My tiredness was gone… thank you…

For cooking problems, don't make it too salty, just use normal salt.

Very convenient hotel to stay, clean, quiet, high-rise building with magnificent view. A lot of food stall options nearby with a convenient store inside the hotel building.

Just for transit so not much comment. Looking for food outside is relatively far, there is only AW at ground level so at least there is an option.

- The room AC is not cold (only for a moment) after please check and repair the AC is cold again but not long after it gets hot again. So that in the future this will be a concern for customer satisfaction and engagement.

It was good, but on the first day the AC leaked, but it was immediately repaired so on the second day it didn't leak anymore.

OK, everything is quite satisfactory, only the lift is lacking when the hotel occupancy is full, we have to wait quite a long time to be able to use the lift.

very pleasant stay at papilio hotel

The room is old, the shower is not working properly and they gave me holey towels. They had repairs when I was staying there but there was no notification about that, so in the early morning I could hear disturbance outside.

Parking is easy, rooms are clean, atmosphere is good.

Strategic and easy to find food or the airport is still close
