Incomplete amenities..staff didn't check..pillowcases never changed..makes itchy

Room number 111 Twin Bed All the bed covers had blood-sucking bed bugs. Very itchy and uncomfortable.

The environment is beautiful and comfortable for 1 day staying here.

Recommended for cheap transit and already get breakfast, good responsive and friendly service.

Needs updating with its stuff towels, mattresses and etc. Slow wifi. Bad lighting for putting make up. Water is too hot can not be adjusted. Plus points for 3 sockets. Pretty okay for just an overnight stay.

Hotel facilities are incomplete. Towels have to be asked to the FO. The bed was uncomfortable.

To Pasuruan for a business trip. The hotel is already well known. The air conditioner is not cold, there are no toiletries, I got a room with rough sheets, the bathroom is not good and what I like least is the service staff who are very unfriendly.

There are so many animals like termites everywhere.

The water machine that runs and makes a loud noise is very annoying. TV can't find the channel. For cleanliness, it's ok, but comfort is lacking.

- Not delivered to the room, once we go up the stairs to the hallway the room is still dark & we look for our own light switch to turn on the hallway. - The room smells of underarms. - The telephone doesn't work. - Bad signal. - The wifi is fake/nothing works at all. - The water is not working. small.- hot water does not turn on.

From the outside the hotel is nice. Once inside, the room was dirty, the sheets had yellow stains as well as burns from cigarettes. The bathroom has cockroaches.

The room has no wardrobe, the air conditioner is not cold, feels like a fan, the floor is cracked, the drinks in the room are only 2 bottles of mineral water.

Everything is ok, only the room smells of cigarettes. Especially cleanliness, please be more serious. The internal tilp can't be used. When you need help, go to the receptionist. Ts effective.
