The check-in and check-out process, room size, Wi-Fi, and access from the hotel to the center of the city are excellent. I often book rooms here when I go to Cirebon.

The check-in process was long, there was a queue, so it took more than 2 hours to get into the room, it needs to be improved. The check-out process was fast. I asked for a non-smoking room but was given a smoking one. Hmm, the AC was cold, the TV was ordinary, the vanity area had no mirror, the cleanliness was adequate, you can refill the gallon of water for free, oh yeah, the worst part was the water stagnated when you shower, the ablution tap was broken, and the toilet was facing the direction of the Qibla.. oh my, it was hard to poop. Please replace the cupboard or at least fix it.. it's almost gone.. creak creak.. for the price of 300 and above, there are probably many better ones.. but the staff were quite friendly. Thank you for the service. Hopefully the next one will be better.

From the moment we checked in, security always accompanied us to guide us in parking our vehicles. When we were leaving the hotel, security almost always came to the front of the road to help with any other vehicles coming from the right side of the road. The reception staff was also very friendly and very cooperative with room service. When we arrived, we sometimes found a room that still smelled of cigarettes and the AC wasn't cold enough. However, the receptionist quickly responded and found an alternative room. It was great. The bathroom was clean and odor-free, the hotel room was clean and odor-free, and the pillows were also clean and odor-free. As for management, what really needs attention are the sheets and blankets, which sometimes have dried blood stains, and the towels, which are not very absorbent. For the food and beverages that can be ordered to our room, I got an 8A, which was right for my budget and the hygiene factor was also good, and the taste was to my liking. Breakfast was also okay in my opinion. Everything served was in line with the price of staying at Dewanti, and I was even satisfied to the point of being full, earning an 8B from me. At Dewanti, you never have to worry about running out of drinking water, as there are hot, medium, and cold water dispensers on every floor. You can refill them as much as you like for free.
