The staff at the reception were friendly, but when asked about late checkout and when reconfirming, the response was the same: "What time do you want to check out?". It turned out that the latest is 5 pm, the rate is 50% of the room price. Main advantages: the atmosphere is calm, semi-cottage like that. The journey through the open nature, so if it rains heavily, it's quite troublesome. Near Indomaret, so it's safe if you want to buy some necessities. Booked a non-smoking room, but when you entered the room it smelled a bit of cigarettes and it didn't go away until you checked out.

Book a Cottage room, the room is quite spacious. A calming view of the trees. Comfortable bed, TV only local channels, dim lights in the room, no reading lamp next to the bed.
Need to be improved for room cleanliness, because the top of the bed is dusty. The rest is quite good and comfortable.

Booked a cottage version room, this room is better than the cottage room 2 weeks ago that I stayed in this hotel. The vibe is forest, calm and cool. The view is also beautiful. Unfortunately the hot water shower doesn't work (not hot).

Booked a Cottage room, the room was poorly lit because the lights were dim and there was only 1 lamp in the room, the floor of the room and bathroom were dusty, the sheets smelled of urine and did not dry, the shower was not hot and the water flow was small. As a result, I complained and finally the staff & technicians changed the sheets and fixed the bathroom shower. The female receptionist (who was fat) was not friendly (didn't smile and was curt) and didn't even say "thank you" like most hospitality staff when I checked out. Please improve the quality and service. Thank you.

stay here for 1 day. the place is nice, the room is big and got a promo price and cheap. the bathroom is clean. for standard rooms are suitable for young people because they have to go up and down quite steep stairs. for older people it's better to choose a superior room. for standard rooms you also get a balcony and a really nice view of the forest. overall, suitable for those who like peace and quiet

The cottage room is the lowest so access to the lobby is quite far and up a steep staircase. The room is damp, dusty and full of insects, as if it is rarely cleaned. During my stay, the bathroom ceiling collapsed, making the bathroom dirty. Finally I was moved to a deluxe room. The view at this hotel is good, but unfortunately. The room looks like it is not well maintained and damp. Please improve it in the future, thank you.

Stayed here because it was close to the event venue. First time staying there with kids. There were a lot of mosquitoes because there are a lot of trees around. I wanted to boil water but the water cooker seemed like it was really old and needed an update. Breakfast was ready at 7 am. It was a bit late in my opinion. It should have been ready at 6 am and because the rooms were full, the people who were queuing later didn't get any so I didn't eat there when I saw that most of the food was gone. So I didn't use my meal coupon. Hopefully the service can be improved again. Always be successful

Please note that the toilet is broken and leaks continuously. Breakfast is not a buffet but choose 1 menu from 3 menu options. It is better to order a proposal without breakfast, you can use GoFood. The crew is friendly. The hotel is clean. The wifi is weak.

Very suitable for refreshing, far from the hustle and bustle of the city and busyness, the location is a bit higher into the housing complex, far from the noise, the hotel service is great, all the facilities are okay, the restaurant menu choices are not that many but still okay.

The staff is friendly and very helpful, on WA also fast response and the admin is very kind. Large parking area. I think the superior room facilities are very good for that price TOP. The room and balcony are also clean, the air is cool and cold so it feels comfortable when staying 🫶🏻👍🏻.
