A comfortable, spacious hotel with a balcony, the kids loved it. There's no AC, but the room is cool and fresh. The room is clean and comfortable. The food is quite good. There are lots of restaurants outside the hotel and it's close to Baloga... a recommended hotel.

The first time I stayed here, it was disappointing because there was no AC, no elevator, no side dishes at the restaurant, only otak2 coated in flour made to look like dori fish, no toothbrushes or tissues.

Overall good. I was impressed with the cleanliness, including the floor, tables and chairs outside the room. Breakfast, although not a buffet because it was a weekday with only 3 people staying, was delicious. Maybe only the hot water didn't come out when I wanted to take a shower, there was no hot water, only cold water.

Clean, friendly, close to the city center and tourist destinations. I stayed on the 4th floor, unfortunately there is no elevator.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are friendly, the distance from the town square is close and the air is cool in June-July.

The service is very friendly but the room has no AC.. Lots of mosquitoes make sleep a bit disturbed.. There is no lift even though I got a room on the 4th floor.. the wifi network doesn't reach the 4th floor

The hotel staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is calm and comfortable, also treated to a view of the scenery that is so beautiful and impressive. Unfortunately there is no AC and the TV only has local channels. But overall it is very good, thank you

Big room size, nice view. The hotel staff is friendly, even though there is no AC but because Batu is a cold city, it is comfortable. This is my 2nd time to Batu city, never disappointed with this city.

Overall, great stay. Just the toilet in my room needs a little fixing. Note, rooms here got no air conditioning. It may be okay since Batu is in general a rather low temperature.
