There is no hot water, for the room it is ok.

So far I've been curious to stay here because the exterior of the hotel is quite good, but when I entered the room area I was a little disappointed because the room was small and a bit stuffy. The bathroom was a bit slippery. Haven't had a chance to try the hot water, hopefully it works well. But thankfully the receptionist was friendly and very helpful, especially when checking in for the first time. The security is also very good. Maybe it needs a little renovation to make it comfortable. I haven't had a chance to try the food.

The facilities are lacking wifi, and the toilet door is locked using nails.

The elevator was broken, got a room on the 4th floor and had to go up and down the stairs manually if needed, the room phone was broken, towels were not available and had to go down again to ask. And the most annoying thing was the security. My brother had just arrived far from Genyem to meet me, but because it was past 12 midnight, the security guard forbade me from going up to the room. I was only allowed to talk in the parking lot. Is it actually a hotel or a girls' dormitory? The bonus is that the receptionist is friendly and responsive.

Got the 5th floor, as soon as I entered the room I could hear the sound of rats running outside. I couldn't sleep well all night because I could hear the sound of rats. Please pay attention to pest control.

The service is quite satisfactory.

Get a room with a door that doesn't close tightly, so people passing by can peek in. The spring bed was making noises, the walls had lots of stains, I don't know what stains but it looked dirty. Shower has no hot water. It looks like the facilities are old school and outdated. There is no extra lock on the door, so officers can freely enter without permission even if there are guests in the room.
