Checked out on the 20th but from the 19th we were no longer given towels, and at breakfast we were given fried rice porridge and had to wait up to 1 hour.

Strategic location, facilities need improvement, dusty floor, ants on the table, comfortable room, but the sheets are a bit damp, hopefully they will be changed regularly. The pool has not been cleaned. CS is active 24/7, alert and fast.

The bedroom is very comfortable, the service is very friendly, the food is delicious.

Nothing special, not recommended. Need to improve overall service and quality.

The hotel is really haunted 🫣🫣🫣. When I checked the room, the glass door couldn't be closed.

The hotel staff is not friendly, towels and mats were not changed during my stay. The AC and refrigerator need to be repaired and replaced, they are very old and rusty. The connection is not smooth at all. It is faster to access without using the hotel wifi.

The hotel staff was comfortable and helpful during the check-in process. But the AC didn't work so it couldn't be set to the desired temperature. As a result, it was hot.

It was unpleasant because the room's AC wasn't cold, even though we had moved rooms, the AC was still hot.

The room facilities are very bad. The AC is not cold, there is no TV broadcast. Basically it is not comfortable.

The hotel staff is always ready, the room size and lighting are okay, there is a minibar and refrigerator too. But the wifi is intermittent and very slow. In terms of location, it is actually strategic but not very visible from the main road.

Hotelnya bagus, nyaman, dan murah. Parkiran lumayan luas. Hanya saja, pool-nya perlu di-rehab lagi. Tapi sejauh ini cukup memuaskan 🙏.
