Free pick up and drop off from and/or to the airport, friendly staff, delicious food at reasonable prices

The room lighting is still minimal, reading books makes the eyes tired quickly. Room cleanliness needs to be improved. There are mosquitoes in the room and this disturbs rest.

The hotel was comfortable and the hotel staff picked me up at the airport.

The hotel staff is very friendly, welcoming and helping to lift luggage when arriving. The check-in process is easy and practical using Traveloka. Cleanliness and comfort are good. The hotel staff is also responsive to every request. Provides a fast-breaking menu in the form of dates and drinks. There are AC, TV and hot and cold bathroom shower facilities. In addition, the hotel provides free airport drop-off facilities.

The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Very close to the airport.

For superior rooms there is no water heater.

It's really great, I'll definitely come back.

The price is comparable to the service received, strategic location, all the room facilities are good, the staff is friendly, access in and out of the inn is also easy, the parking lot can be opened in the morning, unfortunately I didn't have time to enjoy breakfast because I didn't have time

Great sharia hotel, free shuttle bus to the airport. Breakfast is quite varied.

Minimalist amenities. The bedroom and bathroom are quite clean. Airport shuttle is available. The hotel location is quite close to the airport, about 5 minutes by car. However, I was disappointed with the receptionist and the restaurant, they had promised the night before I checked out to provide take-away breakfast in the morning but when I checked out the breakfast was not ready so it was not given. If you are not ready to commit, you should not promise it to the guest.

The location is close to the airport, there is also a free shuttle bus to Raden Intan Airport. The food is ok, the hotel is clean, comfortable, only the air conditioner takes a long time to be noisy & leaks. Cable TV is also not clear. But overall ok.

Staff very helpful, food is tasty, very near to airport, plus the free airport shutlle is great. Need to upgrade the toilet facilities and cleanliness.
