Top Mantap is the Best. Comfortable, Delicious Food.

Forced to stay here because other hotels were fully booked, highly not recommended. Need to repaint in various corners of the room because many walls are peeling. When we first entered the room, there was a lot of hair on the floor, the sheets and bathroom floor looked like they had just been used. The room was damp. The bathroom floor was also wet and there was a hair elastic on the floor. The bed sheets were also in a condition where there were several holes/holes. Reported to the receptionist and could not change rooms, could only be cleaned again. Then asked for air freshener spray because the room smelled bad, but the staff said they did not have any air freshener stock the next day, when we wanted breakfast, the restaurant guard said our room was room only even though there was clearly a statement with breakfast. The restaurant guard when shown the proof, curtly said "well, just have breakfast" but when we saw the menu there was only rice, soy sauce chicken and soup which was very little, and 1 piece of bread left in the end we didn't eat it, it was better to buy uduk rice outside the hotel. The only bad experience in Bengkulu, please make the hotel management a learning experience and material for improvement. Thank you

The room is nice, the atmosphere is okay overall it's pretty good, but the TV doesn't turn on 🤣 the screen is black only the sound comes out. Oh my, the room is quiet.

Just feel cheated by the photos in the application and the reality. Ordered a deluxe room but when I arrived I was given a room like a smart one. When I complained, the answer was that it was indeed deluxe, ma'am. Ehm, not worth it at the price. I just never stayed at a hotel like this. The price is almost 400 but like a hotel the price is 200. Got another broken AC. Instantly ruined the mood. And I think the hotel is scary.

The air conditioner is not cold, the room is a little dusty, the sink drain pipe is leaking.

Everything is good, almost even special. The minus in this hotel is that there is no key from the inside / objection, because when I was on a staycation, I was comfortably lying on the bed, suddenly an employee came running to open the door so it was uncomfortable and anxious. Please the hotel repair it again 🙂🙏🏻.

Kamar tidurnya tipe deluxe double. Luas dan nyaman. Toiletnya bersih dan semua berfungsi baik, kecuali air hangatnya. Kalau nginep di sini lagi, bakal ngambil tipe kamar ini atau mungkin nyoba tipe yang lain juga sih. Yang paling juara tuh desain interiornya, etnik gitu. Suka! Menuju resto yang lumayan agak jauh jadi menyenangkan karena suasananya yang asik. Makanannya ala rumahan gitu, tapi enak. Pelayanannya juga bagus.
