Friendly hotel staff service during check in and check out

It's been my 4th stay at de green hotel, it never disappoints. Good room service, the receptionist is quick when checking in. Security always responds when we want to park the car or get out of the parking lot. It's located in the middle of the city, making it easy to find food.

The room is small, the bathroom has no fragrance, but it is appropriate for the price.

The hotel is recommended for that price, but maybe when I was staying here for healing, the room wasn't good. Got room 311 where the mattress should have been replaced, the sheets were dirty. The peeper came out and scratched my thigh because it was at the end of the mattress, the hot water wasn't hot at all, the bathroom lock was broken, the glass was really dirty. As for service and food overall, it's okay. It's just a problem in the room.

Duluk room 311, management please change the bed. There's a wire sticking out. The weight is a bit heavy, very uncomfortable.

Friendly staff is oc. Unless the security guard is not friendly, he seems arrogant. Please pay attention, I have stayed here several times. There is no change in the security guard.

In general, the condition of the hotel is good and comfortable. But there are time constraints to check in. I have to wait ± 20 minutes. The reason is that the room is being prepared and cleaned. Meanwhile, my check-in time was 15:10. So that the management pays attention so that customers don't wait when checking in.

Finally, now that there is an elevator, you won't be tired anymore if you get to the 3rd floor, the food is also delicious. Clean comfortable hotel.

The AC didn't work, so it was hot all night even though the AC temperature was already 30 ° :(.
