The view in the room was quite neat. But I couldn't sleep all night in this room, because there were many small cockroaches on the floor, in the bathroom, and even on the floor near the bed. Even though it was on the 5th floor. The cockroaches also came in and out through the bottom of the room door. This was the first time I had experienced so many cockroaches in a hotel room. The staff had sprayed Baigon, but even more baby cockroaches came out after that, as the night progressed.

The hotel's Wi-Fi was terrible, and the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms needed attention and improvement. The rooms were honestly filthy. Housekeeping seemed to be very careless in cleaning them.

The location is pretty good, but the problem is cleanliness. If you look closely, you'll find dust in the corners of the room, and the floor isn't very clean, not to mention the abundance of hair. It feels like staying in a love hotel, but the price is quite cheap. The AC leaks, making the room damp.

The bedroom was stuffy when we first entered, probably because it hadn't been lived in for a while. There was no restaurant, so we had to leave the hotel for breakfast.

There was one unfriendly housekeeper. At 8 a.m., she was already making noise cleaning the room. At 10:30 a.m., there was a knock on the door and she insisted on checking out at 12:00.

The hotel is quite good, as it's from Aston. The foyer is carpeted so it's quiet when walking. I think it needs some renovation. When I arrived, there was no restaurant, so I couldn't have breakfast. Overall, it's okay.

I enjoyed my staycation at Favehotel Zainul Arifin. The room was clean, and the staff was helpful and also friendly, especially the front office staff.
