The view and cleanliness are good.

Initially we got a room that had a flood in the bathroom, then we asked to move rooms, we were given a move to a better room. Overall fast response.

The name is Simpang Lima but it is not too close/not walking distance from the Simpang Lima area. The building is close to a night club that is open until 2 am, the stomping can be heard in the room. In the corridor area of the room the music is too crowded, it is better to choose a slow one. Enough once because it is not suitable to invite family to stay next to a night club

The AC drips water. Disturbs sleep.

It is better to provide tissues and adjust bed requests when there is a request to change bed types.

Choose to stay at favehotel because I was tired of being stuck in traffic on the homecoming route. So far the service and quality are okay. The staff are helpful, the food is okay, and the room size is very spacious. Unfortunately, it looks like some of the cutlery is not clean, so we cleaned it again by wiping it with tissue. The room is also not soundproof, so if there is noise from outside it can be heard and is quite disturbing when resting. Hopefully it can be improved in the future.
