The hotel is very close to 2 train stations. Gambir Station and Pasar Senen. Kids also love playing in the pool area.

Friendly hotel staff, City View, Delicious and comfortable breakfast at the restaurant, Happy kids can play in the water at the playground.. 3 star hotel but the facilities feel like 4 stars 😍

Check in during high season can take 2 hours. There are too few staff. And it takes sooooo long for one guest to finish.

Overall almost perfect, only the room service in the form of food ordered was not according to taste (Mie Godok tasted Salty and Mie Kwetiaw Fishy), as well as for the types of rice in the buffet, some tasted quite salty. The rest is fine.

Very kid friendly hotel, will stay again next time

We got room 319. The room was spacious, there was a small refrigerator, dining table, sofa, there were 2 ACs and it was cold, but one of the beds was a bit uncomfortable because the mattress sagged down when we slept on it. On the second day, because the hotel was across from the busway stop, we could take a walk by Transjakarta to the elephant museum and Monas. The kids really liked the playground and private pool. The food was delicious, my son liked the omelet and waffle.

In my opinion, the breakfast is not very tasty, but the service staff, room comfort, and hotel facilities are all top. If asked whether I would come back or not? The answer is definitely I will come back.

(+) Very child-friendly hotel. The room is also spacious so it's comfortable. Clean bathroom and bedroom. (-) There are 3 elevators but the capacity is limited, only for 5 people, so you have to queue.
