Friendly hotel staff, comfortable, very clean.

Strategic hotel, just cross the road to the beach, friendly service...clean rooms...for breakfast, I suggest more variety.

The lobby is not comfortable to sit in. It's hot because the open door has no fan. There are some parts of the hotel that are rustic. The hallway is also dark and looks like an AC boarding house. The super deluxe room faces the beach but the view is not very clear, it's even very noisy every time a motorbike revs. The staff are friendly & helpful. The location is close to the beach, unfortunately the beach shower post is behind the parking lot and seems like an area that lacks attention. The room amenities only include soap, toothbrush & toothpaste which are very standard. The quality of the mattress, room chair & towels is okay. Breakfast tastes ordinary but is neatly arranged. Wifi is quite fast on the 3rd floor. The swimming pool temperature and cleanliness are well regulated. The bathroom atmosphere is old. The coffee table is too small.

The room is very big and clean, and all the staffs are really nice. Located in a perfect area in front of West Beach, which can be used for swimming, so we can just walk barefoot, swim at the beach, and go back to the hotel very easily. The swimming pool in the hotel is also quite big.

Good food, comfortable facilities, clean hotel. Only 1 room is not ready after 14.00

The room is quite spacious, but unfortunately I got a room in the corner so the view is not very clear, the room is comfortable, the staff are the friendliest, the security is very helpful, the food is quite tasty, the cleanliness of the room could be improved a bit.

The hotel staff is friendly, the food is varied and delicious, the swimming pool is warm and safe for children, those who originally stayed for 1 day ended up staying for 1 day, the children still felt at home. V

10/10. Excellent service. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the security and staff. The room was clean, the amenities were complete, the AC was cold, there was a water heater, the view was nice and close to the beach. The swimming pool was clean and could be used. For motorcyclists, this hotel is highly recommended because it does not discriminate.
