The worst hotel staff I've ever had. The reservation stated breakfast was included, but we didn't get it until noon, claiming the rice hadn't been cooked yet. They were scammers. I asked for a non-smoking room, and after checking out, they accused me of removing the ashtray, even though I don't smoke. It didn't stop there, they accused me of damaging a cupboard, even though the cupboard was already damaged when I checked in. Not only the cupboard, but the door locks and other areas of the hotel were damaged. Absolutely terrible service, with the employees having the mentality of thieves. They deliberately try to find fault so they can take the 100,000 IDR security deposit. Highly not recommended hotel.

The hotel lobby is a bit dusty and there are lots of piles of things that shouldn't be placed there. The room size is okay, but the bathroom is dirty and the toilet is a bit clogged so you have to flush it manually. The only things that are okay are the gym and swimming pool.

This hotel seems to need to be renovated, considering its strategic location close to Kie Raha Stadium, it's a shame that a hotel of this class is dirty from the lobby to the rooms, with dusty carpets, unclean sheets and towels, problematic toilets and bathroom doors, the AC isn't cold, and the facilities are functional but inadequate.

The elevator was broken, dirty, the room was quite good, the service was good, the only free breakfast was fried rice.

the condition of the hotel roof is leaking, the wifi is not connected to the wifi.. many meet short-time visitors.. breakfast is not immediately available, and finally left please consider it if you want to spend the night here..

Dirty bathroom, check in process is wasting time.

Dirty, no water, always congested, always runs out of water in the morning! 4 4 hrs here. Regret choosing this hotel.

Jangan coba-coba, ambil kamar bisnis tp tidak seperti kamar kelas bisnis, tertipu dengan foto. Kotor parah, air bau dan gak enak auranya. Mohon maaf sebelumnya karena memang begitu kondisinya 🙏.

Kamar kotor, handuk cuma dikasih 1, sendal hotel tidak ada, pintu tidak bisa dikunci dari dalam, tidak sesuai ekspektasi. Mau sarapan pagi tidak disiapkan, dengan alasan nasi belum masak. Apa ini, hotel apa bukan sih? 😡 Fasilitas di kamar tidak bisa digunakan semua, telepon, TV. Tidak recommended banget pokoknya 😡

Sangat buruk, pelayanannya buruk, kamarnya di luar ekspektasi masa untuk kelas bisnis lantainya kotor air kerannya mati masa kita mau buang air harus cebok pake air aqua udah gitu ngk ada westafelnya masa untuk sekedar cuci muka harus pake shower bikin basah semua pakaian tadinya kami booking untuk 3 malam tapi kami cancel 1 malam saja sudah tidak betah.

Bad service. The check out time was accelerated by the hotel to 10.00 (from the scheduled check out at 12.00) on the grounds that someone would check in later. Very detrimental.

The service at the receptionist is fast and friendly. Please note that the bathroom door cannot be locked. There are no TV broadcasts and the lights for the room can be installed by your own plug because if you want to turn off the lights you have to remove the hotel card and automatically the electricity in the room won't work.

Service is not optimal, waiters are still confused, need more training. The roof has lots of holes, needs renovation, the facilities in the rooms are incomplete, many are damaged and rusty. The water doesn't go well because it doesn't get enough attention, the water pump doesn't turn on, there's no hot water for the shower. Room service needs training.

Feels like being tricked to see the photos in the application with reality. Dirty & dirty rooms. The bathroom door lock uses a nail hook. Towels, blankets, tissue are not provided, ask for new ones to be brought. The payment includes breakfast, but when you want breakfast, no food is provided at all. Overall bad! Make an application, if possible, don't need to be included in the search list. Thank you.

Bad service, less tidy facilities.

Saya ambil kamar dengan sarapan tapi tidak di berikan sarapan. Dan di bill hotelnya di tulis only room padahal saya bayar dengan sarapan. Sangat mengecewakan.

The room is spacious but not clean, in the telephone desk drawer there are remnants of cigarette butts and packs, a modest breakfast (at that time only fried rice and eggs). The water is strong and steady, the location is not strategic but inside there are swimming pool, gym and billiard facilities. Great

Only sheets, poor lighting, only 2 tv channels and very bad tv picture quality.
