The hotel staff and security guards were very friendly and always helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and the croissants were delicious. Please improve the cleanliness, especially the bathroom and bathtub. Thank you, hopefully it can be better.

The windows are not very clean, the faucet is broken, the shower is also broken but everything is okay

The location was good, and the staff were very kind and friendly during my family's stay. Really appreciated the assistance from the F&B staff every morning 😊 The room condition and the cleanliness can be improved with more attention to detail and general maintenance. (Eg, the Curtains were not so clean, the Bathroom fittings were broken or damaged, the smell in the room)

The worst Aston Hotel I've ever stayed in. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and they said it was a non-smoking room. When I reported the smell, the receptionist only said the 10th floor was non-smoking. The red sofa was very dirty.

First night, I found a small cockroach. The used plate from the hallway was not removed for 24 hours.

The phone is difficult to connect

Please improve the housekeeping in the room, the glasses are not washed, the bathroom equipment is not tidied up.

Overall is very satisfying. The meal was nice & I was very satisfied with the breakfast.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, the food is delicious.

Quick check-in & check-out process, offering refreshing free welcome drink, good room space for travelling with kids. Even though some facilities is a bit broken like there’s a crack in the wastafel ceramic, also no air con in the elevator, other facilities works fine. There’s also fish pond and playground.

- There’s quite a heavy traffic before i can reach the hotel as there’s road development in the surroundings. - The air conditioner in the elevator is turned off even though it’s saturday where maybe the hotel occupancy supposedly higher than the occupancy on weekdays, but the facility in the room is quite complete as they provide mini refrigerator and hair dryer. Would be even better if they provide access to the Netflix. - The meal varies (they even provide dimsum and chicken leg) and it tastes quite ok.
