Dapat kamar no 405 tapi sayang kamarnya bau rokok padahal di note request yg non smoking room. Sarapannya nggak banyak menunya tapi enak-enak kok makanannya. Setelah sarapan anak-anak berenang dan masih kosong nggak ada orang.

The hotel is quite clean and the view of the city lights at night is nice.

1. I booked a NON-SMOKING ROOM, but the room I was given was a SMOKING ROOM, and I couldn't change rooms upon request. 2. There was a small cockroach on the BED. I was too disgusted to take a picture, but this is a truly honest review. 3. The hot and cold water taps were switched, red for cold water, blue for warm water. There was no information about this on the sticker or writing in the bathroom; I had to ask the receptionist, and they told me so. 4. The bellboy who escorted me to my room didn't open the elevator door, and the guest was trapped inside because the door closed so quickly. I still gave a tip out of pity, "ngang ngong." 5. The room was spacious, with a sofa, and could accommodate three adults.
