A strategic hotel with ample parking. With the Aston brand, guests expect high quality. We booked six rooms, but four of them didn't have towels, and we were still waiting for them at 9 p.m. The reason was that the towels were still being laundered. Sorry, the Aston group needs to evaluate the situation. The towels were moldy, the pillowcases were dirty, and the sheets weren't clean. Please uphold Aston Hotel standards. We didn't have breakfast, but thank you for allowing a late check-out until 1 a.m.

To be honest, the room wasn't kept clean. The curtains, bathroom, and ceiling were dusty everywhere. The refrigerator hadn't been wiped down at all. Please pay close attention. I asked for a room change. When I moved, I was given a different room, but the dirt remained the same.

Everything didn't match the description. They said it was a sea view, but it turned out to be a city view. Then they asked to upgrade for an additional 100k to get a sea view. After upgrading the room, when they arrived there was only 1 towel, even though the booking was for 2 guests. The description of the facilities said there was a hair dryer, but it turned out there wasn't one, and you had to pay to get one. Plus, the mattress was dirty, and the pillowcases were dirty, as if they hadn't been changed. I won't stay here again. Bad experience.
