The hotel staff is not friendly even though I have stayed in Natuna more than 7 times and there has been no change.

The hotel staff was very rude, the room smelled and it seemed like the room hadn't been cleaned even though we had changed rooms and it seemed like the room hadn't been cleaned and there was underwear under the sheets.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed here, not only is it comfortable but the atmosphere is nice to take a break from the hustle and bustle of outside activities. I recommend it
