The lobby is a bit scary, and there is no hot water. But overall it's okay.

Our family has stayed at the Alimar Hotel several times at the end of the year. We are satisfied with the service and facilities of this hotel. Hopefully we can stay at this hotel in the future.

The location is very good, it's not difficult to find food. The security guard who guards the night is good, loves animals. The staff is also friendly and fast in serving. The room is very very small. The towels are in poor condition, my bathroom mat at home is better than the condition of the towels from this hotel. Hot water does not come out, the water in the sink is very difficult to come out, you have to press and hold it to come out and it only lasts a short time, imagine having to wash your face, one hand pressing and holding the other to wash. I understand this is a budget hotel, but it's really too much. There are many accommodations in this hotel's price range but offer better quality.

The room is too small. Really minimalist. There is no restaurant because they said it was off.

It's rare to find a hotel that provides bolsters, it really helps with sleeping comfort. The sink is broken and the water won't go down

There is no hitter to heat drinking water at that price (above 500 thousand). The checkout process is long.

Arriving from a long trip late in the evening and was welcomed by friendly front desk staff who was very polite and helpful. Room was OK, bit small and no view. Cleanliness needs major improvement as my room when I checked in still a bit dirty with lots of long hair on the floor whixh ia a bit annoying. Room ammenities such as kettle and tea/coffee etc would be great as the hotel does not provide breakfast. But I'll give the hotel a 2nd chance on my next trip to Malang due to location wise is perfect and the"old"historic classic ambiance of the old lobby house building (though a bit spooky) is beautiful.

The hotel services and facilities need to be improved.

My family and I stayed at the Alimar Hotel for 3 days 2 nights. The room is very small, the bed is very small. Size 70 wide, table attached to the wall, narrow. Want to upgrade to a bigger, full room (surely many people will want to upgrade if they've seen the room hehe).

The main building is a heritage from the Dutch era, easy access to good facilities. Only hot water is not hot or even warm.
