Very not recommended!!! Bathroom: Very smelly and dirty. The toilet seat is uncomfortable, and the toilet lid won't stand up. You have to hold it to use it. The soap is out of stock, the towels are dirty and stained. My biggest complaint is the bathroom, but unfortunately I didn't take any photos. Bed: Worn, with many layers peeling, as is the nightstand. The sheets and blanket are ivory. There's a lot of dust on the right side of the bed. Parking: Small; there's a parking lot next to the hotel. There's no ramp or conveyor belt to enter from the main lobby; suitcases or strollers have to be lifted up the stairs.

I checked in late and was informed that the rooms were full, so only the deluxe twin room was available (I had requested a double). The hotel isn't too big, but it's simple, comfortable, and clean. The staff are very friendly, explaining things in detail and patiently. There's also a Rp 50,000 key deposit. There's a swimming pool, free bicycles; you can request a time at the front desk. Water can be refilled from gallon jugs on each floor. There's also hot water in the room and a TV. I was allowed a 30-minute late check-out because we got caught in the rain on the way. The downside was that one of our beds made a squeaky sound, which was quite annoying. We reported it for repair, and then we left. It still hadn't been fixed. The technician finally arrived at almost 11 PM. It was time for us to rest. The bathroom floor was wet and slippery, as there were no dividers. For some reason, the bathroom smelled a bit when I arrived (perhaps a bathroom freshener option is needed). The exhaust fan was very noisy when it was on, making it disturbing all the way to the bedroom. The TV looked brand new, so it was perfectly set up, so we had to set it up from scratch. In the end, we opted not to watch TV.

Honestly, this will be my first and last experience here, FOR A ROOM BUDGET OF 600 thousand I didn't provide drinking water, no breakfast with a STANDARD room :)), I requested a deluxe bed, but they didn't give me a twin one WKWKWK I DON'T WANT IT AGAIN :( no confirmation via chat or anything HAHAHAHA

I've requested a large bed & non-smoking but when I arrived at the receptionist they said there was no request from the application, so I was given a twin bed😅 I had a complaint too because the husband and wife slept separately, but finally they offered me a smoking room but when I checked the room, it smelled really bad, I had no choice but to choose the twin room. Overall, the receptionist service was really good, the only thing that wasn't so good was the application, so I miscommunicated🥲🥲

Staff and cleanliness are very good

The staff is friendly... The location is also strategic from the hotel... Jogging to the town square and Gedung Sate is only 1 km away... There are also many places to eat... Right in front of the hotel there is also... Recommended👍

The hotel bathroom wasn't very clean. The lobby area smelled of cigarettes. The breakfast wasn't very tasty. The cafe was quite good.

It's very close to the National Police's Office (Setukpa Polri), just a short walk away. The receptionists are very friendly, especially Mr. Davin. Next time you visit Sukabumi, I'll definitely stay here again.

the room is very clean, I came here when it was raining and didn't stay overnight, just for a short stay because I was waiting for the train home to Cisaat station, it wasn't that far, about 15 minutes, I want to stay here next time I travel to Sukabumi area again🥰

When the soap arrived, it was empty and had to be refilled, the sheets and blankets were still dirty, and the washing was not done properly.
