The reception staff provided good service. The room was not very clean and towels were not provided.

The staff was awesome, the housekeepers and restaurant staffs very friendly. The air con works very well, the breakfast was good. Overall it was a good experience during our short trip to Bangkok.

The hotel situated too far from the main road. 10 minutes to train station.

Enthusiastic staff, not very responsive, I stayed here for 2 nights to upload to a room with Netflix to watch nhma in the room, but the internet was unstable, Netflix hadn't updated yet, I spent nearly 3-4 hours just waiting for the staff to fix it, other than that It turned out to be ok, 2 security guards were super enthusiastic, the room was quite large, the bed was super soft, near terminal 21

khách sạn khá ok, nằm trong con ngõ Soi 12 Sukhumvit, có xe điện trung chuyển ra đầu ngõ, cách mặt phố tầm 400m. checkin nhanh nhưng đúng 14h, phòng tiện nghi ổn, diện tích đủ dùng chứ không rộng rãi, có bể bơi bé, gần Terminal 21 có thể đi bộ ra, đầu ngõ có 7-11, ăn ở T21 khá rẻ và tiết kiệm được 1 đống tiền so với các foodcourt khác đó, nên ở đây.

Phòng sạch sẽ, tuy nhiên có mùi hơi khó chịu. Nhân viên thân thiện, thái độ tốt. Ksan ở trung tâm Bangkok nên thuận tiện đi lại và gần các trung tâm mua thương mại lớn như Terminal 21 có thể đi bộ

Phòng giống hình, thủ tục checkin nhanh, thẻ từ hoạt động set các tầng riêng biệt, tuy nhiên phòng tập gym có vài dụng cụ đã cũ không hoạt động, mở ra cho có, bể bơi nhỏ, phòng nhỏ, các đồ dùng hoạt động tốt nhưng hệ thống thoát nước hơi tệ, giường nằm êm. Không có xe điện đi ra đầu hẻm, đi bộ khá xa. Ngoài ra không có vấn đề gì phát sinh thêm. Chấm 9/10

Very reasonably priced considered it ' s located at the heart of the city center. Located at nana and asoke very convenient however one major complain is that they no longer provide tuk tuk service to ferry you to BTS which is quite a hassle as it will takes you 15 mins to walk to T21. Their staffs are helpful and polite, the room wasn't exactly clean but the bed was clean and quite comfortable. I felt quite satisfied with my 4 nights stay.

The hotel is clean, the staff is enthusiastic, the service uncle is very attentive and cute. Near mrt sukhumvit and asok bts station, next to korean town easy eating and drinking. The opening is 7/11, so you don't have to worry about being hungry. Worth it to stay, Vietnamese brothers and sisters

I would like to thank the hotel staff member for their great service. Checking in date 17th Oct to 22nd Oct. The hotel room B310 I am staying is quite terrible. First day check in the aircon and light having technical issue, even the TV. Second day the room excess card cannot be used and need the technical guy to do the restart. Already informed the hotel staff about the aircon, lighting Excess cars and TV issues they did not change the room for us. We even noticed our room door can be self open even we are at the hotel room. Last day of staying, the aircon and lights having the same problem again.

The car came out to pick up late. The other day, the car broke, had to come out by ourselves.

The hotel does provide competent services to in-house guest. However, the front desk should handle the request of each guest accordingly especially the peak hour (check-out) time. While the food variety is not much and the pillows in room too flat, hard to sleep.

The location is close to the BTS and terminal 21 mall (food court) is cheap and tasty, recommended, the rooms are very clean, complete toiletries are also available. Breakfast is very enjoyable with a variety of foods that are not boring (I stay 6 mlm). The salad is wow too. There are for those who are ready to take time to the main road to BTS. Staying here is very pleasant and will return to stay here if you go to Bangkok again.
