The hotel is clean. The staff is friendly. I recommend coming back for a staycation here again.

The bathroom floor wasn't very clean. The shower pole wasn't upright. The rest was just so-so.

Every time I go to Bogor, I always stay at Royal Padjajaran because of its strategic location, spacious rooms, and satisfactory service.

The check-in time is too long at 15.00, the food menu is extensive and varied, with lots of choices and it's delicious.

The room is spacious, the view from the window was spectacular, the service and respon of the staff was good. but the breakfast at the restaurant was terrible, the quality of the food is below average, the room temperature was hot, the variety of the food is poor and they didn't know how to cook the sunny side up egg properly..

The location is really good, close to the food court, but the rooms are a bit old and the breakfast has little variety.

It's so noisy, oh my God, the sound of racing motorcycle exhausts can't be heard clearly in the room, my baby is sleeping so he keeps waking up.. I like to staycation in hotels that are located on the roadside but soundproof, here it's not soundproof, oh my God, I can only sleep at dawn 🙃🙃🙃 Staying in a hotel feels like sleeping on the roadside. I won't come here again

It's unusual for a cockroach to be in my Royal Hotel room for one night while I was sleeping. This is the first time I've had a cockroach in my hotel staycation. I wanted to get a good night's sleep, but my sleep was immediately ruined.

One of my favorite hotels in Bogor, I first stayed in 2016 when the hotel was only a year old. Overall, the public areas are good and well maintained, but the condition of the room, not the issue of cleanliness but the problem of small details such as damaged wallpaper, the room is still for sale, the bathroom head shower part is black and the water scale on the chrome fixture is quite thick. Still comfortable to stay.

Rooms with vity view are too noisy.
