The room is quite comfortable, suitable for backpackers, equipped with a lift, staff on standby 24 hours.

Please rejuvenate the condition of the room, there are dusty corners of the room, the bathroom smells of cockroaches

The first time I tried it here, I thought it was good but it turned out not to be as expected, it's better to go to capsules, I found out it's cheaper and cleaner, first and last

The window area of the room is very dirty, dusty and not maintained, the lift is broken, the access card is often broken too.

Dirty, poorly maintained rooms, very dusty windows that leak when it rains, broken elevators. Broken access keys and having to go back and forth to reception.

Only one towel was given, no wifi, lots of stains on the mattress and sheets and they looked dirty, no drinking water, toothbrush and shampoo, no telephone, staff were not very friendly, like hangout kids

This place is terrible, it was my fault for not paying attention when checking in because it was already late and I wanted to rest, so I ended up paying after. Asking for help to cancel the online order, but it didn't work. Those who want to come here think twice

minus : there are mosquitoes in the room, the shower is clogged but can be fixed, there are no amenities, the sheets and pillows are okay, the AC is not cold enough.. plus : Very strategic location, the staff are quite friendly

I booked for a city view and got building view. This place is ONLY good for single. Not for families, couples. One towel provided which is like a rag. The staff knock on my room door 15 mins before 12 noon. A reminder to make sure to check out on time otherwise, I will be charge additional. Not a pleasant stay and HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Fast check in and check out process. The location is very close to the city center and transportation hub.

Price according to quality. Complete facilities, no problems at all. Strategic location, close to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia. Around the accommodation there are many places to eat and minimarkets.

The AC is not cold, there is only 1 towel, there are no toiletries (soap, toothbrush, toothpaste & tissue, etc.).

When I booked the room above, I was told to fill the room below first, which was not in accordance with the order. That's why I asked for a refund.

The place is quite clean & proper but some of the female staff are noisy so it disturbs the comfort of the guests.

The location is strategic, but it's not neat and not clean. There are bed bugs.

The service time is long, check in is long. Check out is long. There are stains and you have to pay. I don't know what the stains are. Want to take a shower, the shower is broken. With that price, what can you expect? The important thing is to sleep.

Staff is very unfriendly, facilities are so-so, according to the price.
