And the motorbike parking lot next to the hotel is always full of motorbikes from hotel staff and supermarket staff. Deposits only accept cash. How can you lose to a cheap hotel that accepts non-cash deposits? The sink is clogged (room 204 on the 6th floor).

Breakfast at 8:15 was already mostly finished, refilled little by little until 10, and even then only about 2-3 menus, what would guests eat at 8 o'clock and above? Eating gas? Improve the breakfast again if you can't provide breakfast, don't provide breakfast so customers don't have expectations and are disappointed!!!

The hotel is okay, nice, and comfortable. However, the bathroom isn't very clean. The toilet is covered in moss, and the bathroom floor is slippery, making it uncomfortable for children and the elderly. Parking is difficult to find during the day, as it's located in a mall area.

Overall, it was comfortable to stay here because we could also shop and play at the mall with the kids on the weekend, and the hotel staff were friendly.

I've always been hesitant to stay at Chandra Inn. And after I tried it, wow it's fun, friendly staff, spacious parking, close to the mall, lots of snacks, there's a welcome drink, spacious clean room, complete room facilities, there's a mini fridge, soft mattress, large smart TV, the only downside is the hotel area is not very clean because there are building renovations, the breakfast menu is really good, varied and delicious even though I give a thumbs up for a 1 star hotel, even a 3 star hotel's breakfast is not as complete as this, here there's chicken porridge, green bean porridge, kolak, uduk rice, fried rice, black pepper chicken and beef, various cakes, bread, fruit, various juices etc. Anyway, I recommend it, thank you Chandra Inn.

The room was cozy, the staff was busy due to late check-in, it was late, and they were tired, but Cindy handled it well. She was friendly, always smiling, and spoke softly and kindly.
