Strategic location and close to everywhere, can walk, spacious room but not soundproof, friendly staff, food needs to be improved. When I stayed the room next door was very noisy, shouting until past midnight.

Honestly, at first I was hesitant because it was a hotel that wasn't very new. But when I entered the hotel, especially the room. WOW, it was so comfortable, very well maintained. The room was also really clean, especially the bed. I was really satisfied that I could sleep soundly... the bathroom was also clean. The hot water was very smooth and the water was strong. If you are looking for food, you can just walk, there are lots of choices around the hotel. Please keep it up!👍🏻🙌🏻

Strategic location easy to find food, just by walking. Parking is quite spacious, there is a valet system, so no need to be afraid of the car being covered by other cars. Rear view of the hotel rice fields. I got a room that had a connecting door to the next room (it was locked and could not be opened) but the downside was that the sound from the next room was quite clear.

Initially, I got a room facing the residents' houses, and immediately asked for a change because the curtains couldn't fully cover. Finally, I was given a room with a rice field view, and it was really good. I don't know if this was an upgrade or the same price. The hotel's location is strategic, the staff is very nice, the room is comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. There is a water dispenser in each hallway. But I think they really need to upgrade their curtains, don't use wooden curtains that can't fully cover. Plus, the shower might need to be replaced with a new model so that the toilet floor isn't too muddy.

Cheap hotel but very good on services.

Easy access, full of restaurants and cafes, but too bad has weak soundproof, my next door was noisy and loud talking but everything was OK

It is very unfortunate that the bathroom amenities in the room are very lacking, the room that should have a double bed is set up with twin single beds, for breakfast, it could be given more attention from the menu, it is very lacking in variety and also taste. The staff is friendly, the room area is clean.

The location of the Evitel hotel is very strategic. Shopping & culinary are just walking distance. There was only one negative experience, when my husband wanted to enter the elevator, suddenly a snake fell from the elevator ceiling. Luckily the snake was small and the hotel staff was quick to handle it.

The location is very good, the staff are very friendly and the hotel is quite clean, but there are several things that concern me, firstly, the curtains in the rooms are not made of cloth but bamboo, so it is very uncomfortable because people can easily peek inside, and the opening process is very complicated. the lid, because it was easily damaged, I called engineering to have it repaired then when I wanted to open the lid it broke again. So you have to turn off the lights completely before you can feel safe because outside you can't peek inside because it's dark when the lights are off. Suggestions: replace the curtains with a cloth model or add cloth layers to the current curtains🙏. Second, drinking water in the room, it turns out that for drinking water you have to take it yourself down the hall from the dispenser, this is very uncomfortable, and feels unhygienic, because we don't know whether the dispenser is safe from the touch of insects or animals out there, because there are many cases of animals you can drink from the dispenser hole, and if you're thirsty you have to leave the room again, if you forget to bring your key then we'll lock it from outside hehe,🙏. But this is input, but from hospitality I am very comfortable because they are very friendly😊

It seems to be peak season for foreign tourists, so the hotel is full. Food for breakfast often runs out.

Thank you for being so thoughtful & generous in setting up b'day deco. All staffs are friendly especially Pak Pande SECURITY helping us with the narrow parking space. CONS: Needs to remove birds/bats (?) at the Car Park ceiling, it's smelly with birds droppings & spoiled the car. Love to stay here cause location near to Pison, L'Ostefia, Bebek Bengil, Monsieur Spoon, etc.

Hotel bersih, nyaman, staff ramah, dekat dengan monkey forest tinggal jalan kaki 50 meter, kamar dapat upgrade, terima kasih Evitel Hotel dan Traveloka.

Tempatnya strategis, banyak restoran dan cafe-cafe. Kamar suite roomnya besar dan lengkap aminities. Kl ke Ubud kami bakal pilih menginap di hotel ini lagi.

Kamarnya bagus dengan pemandangan sawah, lokasi sangat strategis, kolam renang Joss, breakfast enak, pelayanan ramah semua, sudah langganan dengan Evitel sejak lama, selalu puas dengan pelayanannya.
