The hotel was good. It has a balcony. The pool was good as well, and all of it is very clean and comfortable. It's a nice place to stay.

It was quite pleasant to stay at the Grandia Hotel, but the downside was that there were baby cockroaches in my bedroom, the towels provided were quite dull in color, there were not enough chairs in the restaurant so hotel guests had to queue to wait for an empty one and there were many foods and drinks that took a long time to refill.

It was just a bit late to check in, maybe because it was high season, many staff were on leave, but overall it was a nice stay here :)

Improve the service aspect, cleanliness of the restaurant, many want to fall between the swimming pool to the restaurant. Wi-Fi and TV are loading continuously every day.

The parking lot is very spacious. The food is delicious and has many choices. There is also a children's pool.

Changed rooms up to 2 times because there was a repair in the next room where the smell of paint or wood glue was very pungent to the eyes. Alhamdulillah the response of the staff was very good and fast.

Next time I want to staycation here again

TV broadcasts are not smooth or there is a lot of buffering in the middle of the road.

The view from the pool is good, the room is not well maintained. At first I was given a dusty room, not well maintained, upgraded to one with a balcony, it turned out that the walls had many cracks and many leaks. I was able to move to another room but it wasn't even better, the floor had many scratches and there was a floor that looked like it had holes. The breakfast was delicious, there were many choices. The restaurant staff were not very friendly, the staff were fo the best
