The room was comfortable but the food variety was limited.

What's the best most of this hotel is the location, very strategic, very near with Simpang Lima, Citraland Mall, and there are many culinary places along Simpang Lima. This hotel also has the rooftop swimming pool which everybody loves. The room is also nice, the bed is comfy as well, some have spacious space, some are not. The breakfast needs more improvement from the taste and the variety, with a fairly expensive price per night (which is almost the same with the hotel next to it but their breakfast was good) and also the room is too small so when the long weekend comes, all guests have to wait to get the tables and this is annoying for some guests. Other than that, it is OK, the staff is also very helpful and kind. Thanks.

There are many things that this hotel can't do, the bathroom is very small, the water smells, the security guard is also strange, if you want to valet, you are told to just walk to the parking lot, usually you should ask first, not like this, the friendliness to customers is really lacking not according to expectations

Overall everything is good except the parking lot is narrow, so I prefer valet. And if the breakfast area is crowded, you have to wait on the waiting list.

The staff is friendly and responsive. But unfortunately the parking area is quite narrow. I got a room view that directly faces Simpang Lima. The location is also quite strategic. If you want to find food, just walk to Simpang Lima and there are many food choices.

The location is strategic, the staff is friendly and very helpful, the room is clean, the hotel and restaurant facilities are clean. The breakfast menu is quite complete, near a large Indomaret and there is an ATM. The room size is large.

Really happy in LK because I got the best view facing Simpang Lima, the swimming pool is on the rooftop, the kids are really happy 💖💗 only the uncomfortable access to the parking lot because the bend is narrow so it's tricky if you bring a big car. Overall, I'm really satisfied 💖

The room is quite spacious and clean. The bathroom shower area should have a curtain so it doesn't get muddy. There is a lot of parking, but the circulation is very narrow, because the land is narrow or the designer is inexperienced. There is no ramp to the hotel lobby, you have to go through the stairs and have to be assisted by the staff. Strategic location.

Louis Kienne class, the restaurant is small and I didn't get breakfast because it was sold out even though it was only 8 am. And I had paid for extra food. And many more guests didn't eat. It was really not well prepared.

1. The parking area was very very limited, better to use valet service. 2. The restaurant was very very very small, to have breakfast, need to wait until there are empty chairs, which is probably not more than 30 chairs... I was waiting for sooooo long, until decided not to have breakfast because no more foods also (in fact it was still 8 am)😭 3. The food variants were also limited for the price of 150K and serve in limited numbers😱

Arrived at 15.30 my room is not ready, tried to offer me room with double bed, finally after I was very upset with the staff and demand to see the manager I get the room at almost 16:00, room have food spill on the carpet and the bed sheet have blood stain, The manager promises to see me but never arrived

Hotel ok close to everywhere, staff very helpful, check in and check out fast.

1. The elevator needs a general check. We got stuck at the 7th floor and the intercom did not work. 2. The parking area is very narrow, not recommended for big SUVs.
