second time staying at Amarta Hills, the ambience is still okay, the food is delicious, but unfortunately when I went there it was crowded so during breakfast a lot of the food ran out and it took a long time to refill, even the spoons ran out

an excellent choice if you are looking for a comfortable place to stay with beautiful natural scenery and adequate facilities. Suitable for vacationing with family or couples, as well as for those who want to enjoy the mountain atmosphere.

For the food, it's decreased..staying for 2 days, the breakfast menu is the same, just add snacks..for the taste, it's less..the snacks are delicious..soto but there is no filling and it's not checked again.

Rooms are not clean. Toilets are dirty, lots of hair on the floor. Food is all good.

View from the hotel is quite good Staff is friendly Only 1 drawback is that at breakfast there are some foods that are finished and not immediately filled (I attached the photo), chicken porridge that is not warm (either because the heater is broken), spoons are nowhere to be found. There should be staff who control and repair the soup. Overall, besides breakfast, it is quite pleasant 👍

The atmosphere around the hotel is very comfortable, cool, the view is beautiful. And each room has a balcony to relax and enjoy the view.

Vacation with family in Malang, Alhamdulillah can stay at Amartha Hills with a nice view. The room is quite clean even though it feels like an apartment. What needs to be fixed is that there is no telephone number that can be contacted if we call from outside.

A place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city.....complete breakfast

Big resort but not enough staff! Please hire more staff so that guests can have better attention to our needs.

Long check-in process, no staff to help carry luggage to the room, food is not tasty.

The hotel staff is only at the reception... the rest you have to do is be independent... considering the hotel price is quite expensive, it is really not appropriate... the rooms need to be renovated, they are old... the breakfast variety and taste do not match the price of the room... repent... tq
