This hotel is a regular when staying in Manado because it is located in the middle of the city for walking to the mall, but unfortunately, the last time we stayed, it turned out the room wasn't ready, but they quickly cleaned up and fixed the unready ones, so it's recommended because we didn't have to wait long.

It looks like an old building, and some of the items look neglected. Because it's located near a residential area, it was quite noisy when I stayed there due to the loud noise coming from the residential area. I could barely sleep. And there was no solution from the hotel management.

The hotel's location is very strategic because it is in front of the area. The hotel is clean and the staff service is great. I have stayed at this hotel twice.

The right choice of transit hotel at the right price.

For the price, it's quite worth it. I like the strategic location near the Mega Mas area. The room is quite comfortable with cold AC, but unfortunately the walls are damp, so it's a bit scary. Even though the previous room was fine. I've stayed here several times, but this is the first time I've encountered a male front desk officer who was not very friendly. When I arrived at the hotel, I was asked what I wanted to do. There was no manners, he was unfriendly, and he seemed rushed.

Inadequate parking. Vehicles have difficulty exiting the parking lot.

I posted this rating at 2:00 a.m. WITA. The music outside was so loud it was coming into the room. I called the front desk, but they said nothing. It was break time, but there was no solution from the hotel management. Imagine being tired from working all day, and coming back to the hotel with NO REST. I PAY for the hotel to rest comfortably, not for FREE.

Everything is good, but the food is not recommended. I stayed for 4 days, and there were only two breakfast options: balado egg rice and fried rice. If I had known that was the only menu, I would have booked without breakfast.
