Comfortable neat anyway recommended

Actually I don't mind the small size of the room, because I think it's according to the standards of a 3-star hotel and especially in Jakarta. It's just about cleanliness, I got a mattress with a dirty sheet and also towels that were not clean anymore, tended to have a hard color almost turning gray and why is this still used? :( I was actually still safe with the mattress, until finally I got the towel and the water on the 5th floor was very small :(

The room was clean but got the corner and it was a bit dark. The wifi couldn't connect, but when I logged in with the guy, it worked;(so far the staff is friendly, I wanted to get a glass view but it was already full. I'll stay here again next time

The service is good. The location is strategic and the facilities are quite adequate. Hopefully we can come back to visit again.

Got a room with air conditioning that wasn't cold at all and the room was small. Luckily I was able to change rooms. For the bathroom, there was no separation between the wet and dry areas.

The sheets were full of stains (they were clean but the stains didn't seem to go away), the towels were gray and old. But the most annoying thing was that the sockets weren't right next to the bed :(even though the staff was nice and the location was nice :(

Not a pleasant experience at all. The room is different from the photo. The atmosphere is very gloomy. The furniture is different. Overall dirty, dark, uncomfortable. The sheets are dirty. The towels are really bad, yellow, thin, like a doormat and not suitable for use. The hot water didn't work on the first day. The hotel's rules about valuables are strange and make you paranoid, so every time you leave the room you take all your valuables with you and it becomes really troublesome. Looking at the reviews, it turns out that there have been several incidents of items being lost. I wanted to cancel but unfortunately it had been three days since I booked. I regret not reading the reviews carefully before booking. There are many other options if you want to stay in the Blok M area, it's better to look for another hotel.

The hotel staff is very friendly, especially yesterday when we had trouble printing and it was urgent. They helped us very kindly

The location is quite strategic, close to the terminal. The room is clean, but the mezzanine floor creaks a bit. But it doesn't bother you.

Improve the Hotel staff service, because in my opinion it is just so-so. Even though this is a good hotel, with a strategic location.

Haunted house? 1. The room smells of cigarettes 2. The bathroom has dirt marks 3. The mattress is dusty, makes you sneeze and have a sore throat 4. The water is small, bro Let's rebrand, really fix it 🫵🏻🤲🏻

The room atmosphere is not nice, it's really creepy. Then I borrowed a hairdryer but I couldn't feel the wind, then in the morning I was called asking to return it because another guest wanted to use it. Oh no. Oh, there was still trash from the previous guest but it wasn't thrown away by the housekeeping, there was a black plastic hanging under the table. There was also no bathtub, you had to ask for it first. There was also no hot water. There was also no sleeper. Stayed in room 407. There were also no HBO channels at all, they were all dead. The TV couldn't be turned off because the remote control was broken. I won't stay there again, I don't recommend it. The location is also not good for those who bring a car.

The corners of the room are still dirty. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can leave food in the freezer, OK for the next trip
