I stayed for 2 nights + extra time, the location is easy to reach near the mall, the staff are friendly, the kids love the swimming pool near the restaurant so you can eat while waiting for the kids to swim. The cleanliness is very good, the room size is quite spacious, but unfortunately the executive room was sold out so we got the deluxe one but no problem. Next time I plan to stay there again. The breakfast is top-notch and never fails. The pecel sauce and bread are a must-try. Absolutely delicious. The service is incredibly friendly, and the hotel is spotless in every corner.

I was not given an extra 2 bottles of normal sized mineral water. I asked for an additional fee to buy 2 normal sized mineral water bottles, but I was not allowed to because they only sell large sizes. I bought according to my needs, so it would be better if I was given a choice of 2 sizes of mineral water.
