The bathroom smells like a gutter. There are lots of moss on the floor and walls. The floor of the room is dusty to the point where the feet turn black if it's not cleaned. Please fix it. That price but the room smells like a gutter and the floor is dirty, it's not worth it

Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the room, just entering the room, the floor feels dusty and full of hair. It seems like it wasn't cleaned properly when sweeping. The rest is okay, according to the price.

Stayed in a family room, the area under the bed was dirty, it seemed like it wasn't cleaned. Only the visible area was cleaned. It's a shame. Even though the surrounding area was clean. I also told the receptionist when checking out.

Alhamdulillah the hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable. God willing, if I go to Solo, I will come back here again. Book a family room, the room is quite big, additional food for children is only 30k. There is Indomaret and culinary in front of the hotel, it's really amazing, this cheap and comfortable. 👍👍👍👍

Our sahur rations were not shared. If we had been told that sahur would be at a restaurant, it would have been no problem. Even if we weren't told, via I-Phone? The cable is there but under the bed. It's not installed.
