The hotel staff / receptionist is friendly, the check in / check out process is very easy. Parking / parking area is available and safe. Only one pity, the room AC is not cold, only air comes out, so the room conditions are stuffy and tend to be stuffy. For the others ... overall good

The staff is friendly, the room is quite small, there is only a little soap and shampoo left, the blanket and bedsheet are quite dirty (there are stains), the food is quite delicious. The room is not soundproof at all, overall if you look at the facilities it is still overpriced but considering the weekend and the end of the year, it's okay

In room 517 there were many cockroaches, in room 528 the air conditioner was hot. When checking in, one of the staff blamed the location of the place to stay. But there was one staff who was friendly.

In the room there are cockroaches with the most expensive room booking. Then the room smells musty. The price of the room does not match expectations.

The room was not clean, there were still tissues and hair clips used by other people, the AC was not cold at all, even though the AC temperature was set to 18 degrees, and the room size was not big. And usually hotels can extend check out to a maximum of 1 pm, but this one couldn't. Very disappointing.

Uncomfortable experience at this hotel. For this price, it's possible to get a cleaner and more comfortable hotel/homestay. The room was not clean, the mattress had lots of dirty spots and holes from cigarettes. I don't know what hotel this is, but at 01.00 at night the neighbors are really noisy, like drunk people slamming doors, putting on loud music and cigarette smoke even entering the room.
