We stayed 2 days in this hotel. The location is very strategic, if you want to go to German beach, just walk. Good service, friendly employees.

The best. Friendly receptionist, delicious food, comfortable room. Will come back again if I go to Bali again, I won't regret it.

Definitely stay here again if you go to Bali, recommended kids friendly hotel.

The hotel location is near the beach, mall, and airport. There is express laundry near the hotel and in front of the hotel there is Circle ke. Breakfast is a little food. Hot water is OK. Room service food is OK.

The soundproofing of the room is quite good, only the size is minimalist. The hotel staff is good and friendly in their service. The cleanliness is quite good and the wifi is fast.

the room quite comfortable and the bed is spacious but the wifi was so bad the parking lot was okay not really spacious but the housekeeping service was terrible they didn't change the mat, it was so dirty and also they didn't clean up the bed, they only fold the blanket, even the bed side table they didn't clean up, there's a tissue i left in the morning at the bed side table and when i came back the tissue still at the same place, i hope you can fix your housekeeping service, it was quite nice to stay at your hotel but it's a pity that your housekeeping service was terrible

Location-wise, the hotel is very near from the airport (good for transit/overnight stay), but the cleanliness of the room & bathroom is not so good (our pillowcase smells, the toilet seems not thoroughly clean on the shower area - as I saw small flies, there are even random towels that are damp near the window). Breakfast is decent but too crowded and all the staff is too busy (understaffed).

Stay here for 1 night with a private car and the parking area is very limited, for the rest it's okay.

The hotel is quite reasonable for its price and is not far from shopping centers and close to the airport. Easy to find places to eat.

Friendly hotel staff, good facilities, child-friendly, close to everywhere. I've been to Bali several times and still fall in love with Bedrock Kuta. Hopefully it will always maintain its quality and comfort. The last room type was even upgraded to a bigger one. Stay healthy, all staff 🥰

Close to town and eateries

Everything was superb for its price range. The gym is spacious and the equipment well enough for us workout during working trip. Location is superb, Circle K in front of hotel, just a few steps away, many restoes with variety of taste and price. The breakfast is good, but unfortunately the Tom Yum that I order is bland and has nothing on it except for 5 pieces of small prawn.

staying two nights was very impressive....if I come back I will stay at Bedrock again

Only stay here for transit, never long term. We stayed here for the night before catching our next flight Java. We’ve stayed in budget hotels before & tbh this hotel will be at the bottom of our list. The room have that damp, musky, cigarette smell (which is weird since its supposed to be non-smoking room), staff we encountered with was friendly though. I would be ok staying here for 1 night or a few hours for transit, but won’t recommend for your full holiday.
