The hotel staff was friendly, and since I brought my children, they were attentive to them. The rooms were always clean, and the villa grounds were clean too. I would stay here again if I ever go to Bali.

Spent 2 nights. My daughter was really happy, we got free entry to the zoo and can come anytime we want. Staff are really friendly and helpful. I asked for decoration due to my wedding anniversary and they provided it for free. Nice ambiance at night, peaceful and quiet. If you bring your children to Bali, stay at Sanctoo, definitely will come here again one day.

We booked Sanctoo to be close to the zoo and it was so easy to pop back in the room for a nap! The room was spacious and clean. The only drawback is that the door to the WC and bath cannot be locked properly and the glass is only partially covered, so there's a lack of privacy especially if you stay with kids! Really appreciated the welcoming and friendly staff like Mirah, Ugi, and Kadek among others. I also witnessed the staff being nice to guests who were unreasonable. Fantastic service ethic.

This is above expectation. One of the hotels that really impressed me. Very reasonable for the price. The view is really beautiful, the room is big and clean, the bathroom is spacious, the bed is soft and I highly recommend the suite pool access room if I have the time and opportunity, next time I will definitely come here again for longer 👍

One of the best resorts I've ever stayed at. The staff service was excellent. Fast check-in process, clean room, amazing view from the riverside villa bedroom. The room also included Bali Zoo ticket access and breakfast at the Cassowary Restaurant. So no worries while waiting for the room, we still can access the zoo, which is fun and amazing. Last but not least, the breakfast is good, the service is good, and we can enjoy the view of cassowary birds from the restaurant. Definitely, we will go back here soon! ✨

First time to stay here at my first day arrive at Bali. The hotel quite nice, as I arrived around 8 PM, I still can get welcome drink. The staff friendly, the room is quite spacious with balcony, with the view of pool. When I arrived my nextdoor is too noisy, I asked the staff for helped and they handle it quite well. The breakfast is OK, need more variants of menus, and the interesting is we can have breakfast while seeing the cassowaries, as the cage place, beside the restaurant. It's free enter to the Bali zoo and free photo session. It's a nice experience to stay here.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, the swimming pool is warm, you can just walk to Bali Zoo. The children are very happy. Unfortunately you have to checkout early in the morning because you get a very early plane. Can't have breakfast, but still given a box of bread, juice and fruit. Next time I go to Bali I will stay here again.
