A pleasant stay overall. The staff were very nice, humble, and always ready to help — truly a reflection of warm Penang hospitality. They were also very informative, offering helpful tips about nearby attractions and dining spots. Although the room was a bit small for two persons, it was clean, cozy, and comfortable enough for a short stay. The hotel’s location is excellent — perfect for culinary lovers, with plenty of local food options within walking distance. There’s also a famous temple nearby, adding a touch of cultural charm to the area. Would definitely recommend this hotel for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and friendly service in the heart of Penang.

If you stay here, you won't have any difficulty in finding culinary delights or going anywhere, everything is easy.

The location is strategic, there are lots of culinary delights, but with this price, it is very expensive, there are no tissues in the room, and the room smells musty and there are lots of ants.

Overall it's okay, but the AC isn't very cold and there are only a few TV channels, only domestic channels.

We were 3 people staying in a 4-person room, which had a window, sofa & TV. The room size was spacious enough to fit 3 medium suitcases and 2 small suitcases. Strategic location, close to Komtar, pharmacy across the hotel, and hawker food next to 118 Hotel Macalister. The staff were also friendly and very helpful for luggage storage, room upgrades, etc. Only this hotel does not provide toothbrushes. For soap, shampoo, towels and hair dryers are available.
