The hotel is very comfortable, luxurious, clean, the view is beautiful, the food is delicious, I really enjoy staying here but I have difficulty accessing places to eat or minimarkets. But this is really very comfortable.

Access to the hotel is easy, the room is spacious, clean, comfortable. Breakfast is quite varied, unfortunately there is no children's pool. Next time will definitely stay here again.

There are ants between the tables, a 5 year old child was charged 65 thousand for breakfast, the swimming pool doesn't have too much chlorine, there is a dingdong game in the lobby. Overall ok

I had breakfast at 6 am, none of the food was warm... the service staff were not very friendly, they were stingy with smiles... parking for overnight guests should be prioritized inside the building, but instead event guests were prioritized, in the end we had to carry our suitcases to the workshop across the street... the parking arrangement is not efficient... prioritize overnight guests! Don't throw overnight guests' cars behind the workshop next door...

for the owner of the Saphire Hotel👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻 the security guard in the basement parking lot must be re-educated I brought a vehicle, of course I parked it in the area provided but I was asked where to go? to the Saphire Hotel or not and was directed to park the vehicle in front of a smelly trash can I checked in 1 person for a junior suite room, I paid in full for 2 people, but the service did not make me comfortable is there anyone who parks vehicles in the basement to stay overnight other than at the Sapphire Hotel???
