The room smells of cigarettes even though it's a non-smoking room.

The room smells of cigarettes, stuffy and humid. The AC is also not cleaned properly.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is very strategic to visit around the Blok M area.

This is the 3rd time staying at Happy Inn, it feels like home.. all the employees are nice.. there is Reza, there is Ramdan, there is Dominique.. there is Dini, there is Mr. Sidik... all the staff feel like family... thank God, honestly it feels like staying at home... thank you, I will stay there again later..

Overall it's good, but now the hallways are a bit smelly.

The staff is nice and friendly, the cleanliness is okay, the access to the MRT is close, because it is combined with the restaurant below so there are food aromas when you enter. The room design is okay, complete bathroom equipment, there is a water heater. The only problem is the poor soundproofing of the room so you can hear activities on the side of the road, the AC is leaking, there is no wardrobe, TV broadcasts are mediocre, the wifi is slow. Overall 7.5/10.

The location is really strategic, there is only one drawback, on the ground floor there is a sushi restaurant, while waiting for the elevator it smells really fishy.

my second time staying here. choose to stay a night here again because of the simplicity. the room, the services, and the compactness.. oh also the easy access. definitely will stay here again if i got any chance to go near Blok M

The room is nice and clean, the staff is also friendly. Only if you bring a car you can't get parking right away because there are other tenants.

I really like it. It's comfortable, never not here if it's in the Blok M area. The rooms are spacious.

The service is really good, the room is also nice, but maybe the cleanliness could be improved, we found 1-2 small cockroaches on the floor.

When you first enter the lobby, it smells a bit musty, maybe the carpet was not washed dry enough. But the room is quite good, only the bathroom is not very clean.

Hidden hotel with superb quality. Strategic location, close to shopping center, culinary and transportation facilities. Check in and check out fast and easy. Hotel is not too big, clean room. However, parking is limited
