The reception staff is very cute. The room is comfortable. The breakfast has many delicious dishes. The kids love the pool. I will definitely go back again.

Horrible Jacuzzi Room Experience! Paid for a Jacuzzi room expecting a relaxing stay, but it was a total disappointment. The Jacuzzi was extremely dirty, with visible dirt and grime when starting it up (see attached pic). On top of that, it didn’t function properly, even when following the instructions. The water wasn’t hot at all, making it completely unusable. Requested them to clean it, but all they did was wipe off the surface dirt. Tried using it again the next day, and it was still just as dirty. To make things worse, there was even an incident of a blackout during our stay, adding to the frustration. What’s the point of offering these features if they’re poorly maintained and non-functional? Truly unacceptable for the price paid. This level of service is shocking—definitely would not recommend unless serious improvements are made.

The towels are torn and old. The air conditioner is not as cool as it should be. The staffs provide good service.

The staff are the cutest. There are many activities that the kids love.

The hotel room is ok. Staff very friendly, responsive and very good service. Free welcome drinks, snacks in room and bubble bath. Provided with beach mat and slippers. The water park is full of fun. Even kids club are quite big. Swimming pool and pool side bar is good. Breakfast is nice. Very convenient location with night market/ pub/ 7-11 nearby.

Service, comfortable stay, near restaurants and convenience stores

The hotel is not far from the beach. Good atmosphere, good breakfast, a bright red swimming pool, free bicycles to borrow, and a fitness room on the fourth floor. Overall very good, complete facilities, staff are good service, smiling. But a little criticism is that Wan Nak who stays, the housekeeper doesn't add shampoo, the rest is all good. I like it. If there is a chance to go back to Krabi, will definitely go back to stay again.
