maasyaallah.. the room is clean and fragrant, I recommend the hotel to stay overnight if you have an early morning flight so you don't have to rush, the atmosphere is calm & comfortable, the staff is friendly💝

The hotel staff are friendly, except for the parking valet staff who are not polite, so the SOP for employee recruitment or training for valet staff should be evaluated again... as the front guard, polite, humanistic and responsive staff should be placed to the guests, apart from that, it's great.

I booked via Traveloka, just 10 minutes before arriving at the hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel, the check-in process was fast, especially if you have stayed here before (no need to show your ID card again). The staff is friendly... the room is also comfortable and clean, the food is complete and the taste is also not in doubt.

very helpful with the choice of a room with 1 large bed and an additional 1 small bed, so having 3 small children doesn't make it cramped, the bathroom also has a very good shower to the point of being lazy to get out of the bathroom, then for breakfast, it's enough.. the swimming pool is also happy with the kids. only lacking in the place to rinse off, even though towels have been prepared. and there are no stroller or disability facilities from the hotel entrance, only with stairs, then parking is quite limited, sometimes we have to park on the side of the road in front of the hotel. but I think overall it's very good.

For Croissant, it actually tastes quite good but a little less crispy in my opinion. But the capcai and fried chicken are really good. Especially the fried chicken is really delicious. What makes me like it again, there is also an Indomie menu here. The grilled tomatoes are delicious. For motorbike parking, it is too narrow and sorry, there are too many items placed around the parking lot. I don't know if it is there or not cleaned up, but for the others it is good. At this price point, you don't expect plush towels, super clean and functional rooms and bathrooms, quiet rooms, and good hotel food. All of that and an airport shuttle and friendly staff.
