Comfortable, strategic, cheap, clean

For the hotel atmosphere and cleanliness of the hotel room is good but the food needs to be improved again. It's a shame that everything is okay, only the food lacks variety and taste.

Strategic location, hotel rooms are very comfortable for resting

The staff is friendly, the room is also clean, but the breakfast menu is lacking in variety, otherwise it's okay.

The hotel is newly renovated. But the food is just so-so. Not many choices.

All the personnel, from receptionist until office boy are very welcome to us and we thank them for their hospitality & quality of service. Hotel location is very near to my destination so really helpful and save time for my family

Fasilitas, kamar bagus, hanya pegangan pintu agak kaku ketika mau di tutup dari luar, sehingga berisik. Mungkin lebih baik pegangan pintu di ganti dengan yang gagangnya bisa flexible.

Kamar hotelnya bersih, furniture-furniture interior bagus, AC berfungsi sangat bagus, air hangat untuk mandinya instant keluar, bukan tipe kamar yang jadul. Area sekitar hotel cukup luas dan tenang. Layanan resepsionis 24 jam. Minusnya, hanya Wifi yang lemot. Saya pasti Repeat Reservasi ke bos hotel kalau ke Sungailiat lagi.

Kamar bersih, oke. Saran saya,*kamar sering-sering dibuka jadi ngk pengap dan udara ngk berdebu. Kasur dan selimut juga srg2 dikibas biar ngl berdebu. Hidung saya agak sensitif jadi bersin-bersin dan terasa sakit.*pasang exhaust fan di kamar mandi.* siapin breakfast agak lebihan, jadi tamu pada kebagian. Kt ngk ikut breakfast karena habis, kt nya lagi direfil tp nunggu agak lama. Mungkin baru mau dimasak lagi. Akhir nya kita pergi dan langsung cek out karena lama. Selebih nya oke. Terima kasih.

The location of the hotel on the edge of the main road makes it easy to access anywhere. The room and equipment inside are clean. Only the room's slippers should be replaced with better hotel standard ones. Employees and receptionists are friendly and communicative. The choice of food for breakfast is quite good

The hotel was newly renovated. We booked the standard and deluxe rooms for 3 nights. Both rooms are well-decorated with good amenities. AC, TV, and water heater were working perfectly. Cleanliness can be improved a bit. Breakfast was delicious, but the menu was almost the same every day. The location is great, and the parking area is spacious. The staff were also very courteous, friendly, and helpful. Considering the price, I feel like it may be the best hotel in Sungailiat. We definitely will stay here again.
