Very comfortable, cold AC, hot water, fragrant and clean room, clean swimming pool, close to the beach, lots of food around the hotel. The breakfast menu is so-so, the downside is there are only 3 TV channels, and the wifi is slow. But overall good.

The staff are all nice, the service is satisfactory.

Basically it's okay, the cleanliness of the environment and the hotel rooms are also okay, friendly..

Everything is ok, only at breakfast time, refills take a long time, so take what you can.

It's nice to have a staycation here, the staff is very friendly, the environment is clean, I got extraordinary service. A little note from me, the toilet lid in the bathroom seems to need to be replaced because it is peeling off, it's a shame that the clean and comfortable bathroom looks a little dirty. I got a room on the 3rd floor, it was quite tiring because there was no elevator but otherwise everything was very good. Access to the beach is also not too far. Breakfast is sufficient, although there are not many menu variations but it's okay.

One of the recommended hotels for a vacation in Pangandaran, overall I was satisfied staying here, the hotel is comfortable, the staff are kind and very helpful, the location is close to the beach, I got a room right in front of the pool so it was really nice, the breakfast was also delicious, the only thing that needs to be improved is the WiFi because it was hard to connect and slow.

The hotel staff is friendly, when needed this and that they act quickly. But unfortunately the sheets and bed covers are a bit dirty. Maybe they can be replaced with new ones, those that can't be cleaned should be thrown away.

Hotel service is quite good. The location of the hotel is quite strategic, quite close to the beach and places to eat. The cleanliness of the hotel and the room is good, only the AC in the room is not too cold and the TV channels are not too many. The breakfast menu is quite tasty and varied, only in the dining room there is not a single tissue available. The parking lot is a little less spacious, especially for motorbike parking.

A very pleasant and very cool holiday recommendation when resting here. But there are some things that need to be fixed such as; 1. The wifi network is controlled to the TV, even though the connection on the smartphone is very good. But it can't connect properly to the TV. 2. There is no telephone in the room, even though if we need something we just call and there is even a food menu but there is no telephone. All rooms should be provided with a telephone. 3. The bathroom water is small, even though the hot water runs normally. The problem is that the water comes out very little. 4. It is better for every room option from expensive to cheap to provide sandals. 5. The parking area for cars is large and safe, and for motorbikes, parking is shared with hotel staff. 6. For the restaurant/canteen, try to make it 24 hours. For the video I will upload it on Google Maps. Hopefully it can be improved in the future, next time I will definitely come back here to stay. Hotel dekat dengan pantai tinggal jalan kaki, staff ramah, kamar bersih, ac dingin, water heater berfungsi, ada kolam renang depan kamar hotel, sarapan cukup lengkap & enak tapi wifi agak lemot & parkiran agak sempit jadi kunci dititip di resepsionis. Tapi untuk hotel harga 480k include sarapan worth it sih 😁.

The rooms are quite good. But the menu for breakfast is a bit lacking. The pool also smells a bit like chlorine.
