The app photo does not match the authenticity. It turns out that the Pesona hotel is different from Celebes.

I was really shocked to see a room with a fan and I was on the 2nd floor all closed. I felt like I was in an oven.

Good and clean service and close access to the beach

There are many rooms and it is close to the city center.

Better the AC is cold and the room is very spacious

The atmosphere in the bedroom is a bit dark, lacking lighting.

Booked a room with AC and TV on Traveloka, but after checking in, I got a non-AC room with no TV. The receptionist asked for an additional 100 thousand on top of the AC room.

They did not clean it even though I requested cleaning service, it was left for the next day. My 200 dollars were stolen, I left it in the room for safekeeping, they did not take any responsibility. They gave me a room with a broken shower head, the window does not open, the room is taped shut, do not leave money in the room because the rooms are safe at the hotel.

Book a double bed room, fan, bathroom with bathtub and hot water. Get the 3rd floor.

Dirty room with lots of ants. Dirty slippery and smelly bathroom. Broken bathroom door. Room looks unkempt. Doesn't match the photo in the app.

No tootbrush/body wash, the bathroom is leaking, so on the second day I have to move to another room, I can't using the wifi. Check in time is too slow, there is no receptionist in the counter. I have to wait and wait and wait to go to my room.

AC was licking, bathroom no tissue, door to bathroom is broken. We can't use swimming pool. Bad communication.

There are cockroaches in the AC room, the bathroom facilities are only towels, you have to go up the stairs to carry a suitcase.

It was quiet on the 3rd floor even though the hotel wasn't very crowded. They said it was already full of amazing white people so local guests got to be upstairs. I don't know if that's true or not, but I felt like discrimination.
